IA Proof is a batch processing application designed to perform transaction based barcode recognition & item capture.  It is used by some of the industries’ leading systems integrators as a front-end capture system for enterprise document workflow & management solutions.
		Transaction processing consists of:
		Scan: A barcode slip is scanned containing transaction detail such as amount, quantity and integration tags, followed by any checks associated with that barcode.
		Edit/Verification:  Transactions (a combination of barcode and checks) are reviewed and any additional data or corrections are entered.  A Client List option can be used to add accounts for frequently occurring items that are not account encoded.
		Extract: Image and data are exported into a format suitable for import into enterprise based document management systems.  If required, a  Deposit Report is printed automatically, listing each item by amount and item number, with a total for the deposit.
